I have said it a million times but I swore I wasn't a gym person before working with you. You have completely changed that for me. You have taught me so much and helped me grow stronger and more confident in my body. Thank you for not only being a phenomenal trainer but an amazing listening ear. You are better than a therapist!

I’ve never loved my body before, but I do now. Not thin, not tiny, but strong, capable, powerful. Kylie is tough when she knows she can push me, gentle when I need it, and ready with a medicine ball when I show up grumpy. She supported me through a lot this past year including my surgery and recovery. She’s a real gem. A surprise bonus getting strong is that sex is better.

Working with Kylie has been wonderful! She pushes me in the gym much harder than I usually push myself, but in a way that still feels safe. Wow I have experienced so many wins big and small. Physically I feel so much stronger than I ever thought I would. I live on the 4th floor and now can go up those stairs without getting winded. I can carry groceries up in one go. Developing the habit of working out consistently has been a huge win. I wanted to prove to myself that I can do hard things and you have helped me to realize that I can. I wore a very short skirt in public this weekend a) because I’m a little too grown to not wear what I want b) because of our workouts! I had a moment where I looked down at my legs and felt proud of their strength instead of worrying about them being too big or jiggly.

When we first started working out together virtually, I was just recovering from a herniated disc. She has been so patient and helpful in creating workouts for me that have helped me recover and gain strength. Not only is Kylie an incredibly skilled fitness professional, she also has the greatest love and energy in each session. She’s such a beautiful person inside and out and sometimes our workouts feel just as much like therapy as they do fitness.

When I started with Kylie, I had tendinitis in my hand. She helped me to work around my injury while still maintaining and advancing my goals. In just 6 short months, I have gotten stronger and have lost 15 pounds. Not only is Kylie extremely knowledgeable, she has a very positive personality and a kind heart.
