Kylie has been helping women build strength, confidence, and lasting health since 2017. She specializes in functional strength training and believes quality of life far outweighs the number on the scale.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Chapman University with a B.A. in Dance and holds certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Precision Nutrition, Pre/Post Natal training, and Kettlebells Levels 1 & 2.

Her coaching blends science with compassion, taking into account not just your workouts, but your mindset, energy, and everyday wins—because true strength is more than physical.
