Kylie has specialized in functional strength training for women since 2017. She teaches you how to move, love, and serve your body with intention, purpose, and respect. She takes into consideration the whole person, caring about your relationships, mood, productivity, self esteem, and wins inside and outside of the gym. Kylie believes quality of life far outweighs the number on the scale and hopes to be in your corner to achieve long term health and wellbeing.

Kylie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Chapman University with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with certifications in Precision Nutrition, Pre/Post Natal, and Kettlebells Levels 1 and 2. She attributes her additional studies in Leadership and Psychology to influence, challenge, and encourage habitual change in others. While working for Equinox as a Tier 3+ personal trainer pre-pandemic, she learned the value of taking care of yourself in order to improve not only your own life, but the world around you.

Kylie is here to challenge your limiting beliefs, remind you that you can do it, and teach you how to be healthy, long term. She encourages you to “come as you are”. May you choose to make yourself a priority because you deserve to be living your most functional, strong and happy life! All are welcome and all are celebrated.
